Mauricio has recently joined Newmark Knight Frank Colombia in February 2020. He was invited to the team in order to support the LATAM GCS team in Colombia, acquire new prospects, provide a professional service based on more than 10 years of experience in corporate real estate in Bogotá and more than 1,000,000 sq. feet leased. With experience of managing several corporate accounts of different sectors through his career made him participant of the most representative office transactions in the city in the last years. Prior to coming to Newmark, Mauricio was the Division Director for Office and Tenant Representation at Colliers, where he successfully led the opening, relocation, renegotiation & more of many of the biggest corporations in Colombia, by supporting the Corporate Services Solutions team for Latin America. Mauricio has been certified as SIOR in 2018 and is affiliated to the local Board of Real Estate Brokers, the Lonja de Propiedad Raiz de Bogotá. And has been participant of several events and seminars for Corporate Real Estate, marketing, sales among other qualifications.
